Prof. Dr. med. Jörg Th. Fischer

Prof. Fischer is a specialist in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology. He has been part of the Preventicum team since 2012 and supports the Düsseldorf location and in some cases also patients in Essen.

Prof. Fischer did his postdoctoral qualification at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.

From 2004 to 2012, he was medical director of the Max Grundig Klinik auf der Bühlerhöhe in Baden-Baden. His main focuses there were hematology, oncology and infectious diseases. He was also responsible for setting up the palliative ward and was director of the interdisciplinary tumor conference. Prof. Fischer is a member of various professional societies.
